Yen Ben lemon

YEN BEN LEMONS

The Yen Ben is a true lemon and the main variety grown commercially in New Zealand. It has good fruit quality characteristics, including a high-quality external appearance, smooth, thin skin, high juice content and few seeds.

Meyer lemon

MEYER LEMON

The Meyer lemon is a hybrid of a mandarin and a lemon. They are sweeter than Yen Ben and have very thin skin. Their popularity is rising mainly due to consumer preference have a sweeter taste with high juice levels. Meyer lemons have a smoother, thinner skin and darker yellow pulp.
